The event is divided into two parts.
- Ice Lantern Festival held at the Exhibition Building, Hat Yai Ice Dome and was held on November 1, 2011 - April 30, 2012.

Activity of Ice Lantern Festival :
1. Zone between Thailand - China,this zone has the largest Buddha Statue, Hok Lok Siw, Tiananmen Grand Palace, Swan,Dragon and Kuan Yin.
2. Asean zone is composed Merlion in Singapore, Pink mosque in Malaysia, Balinese gate in Indonesia,visit Flower garden in gazebo hexagon and Nong Thai Giant.
3. Cildern 's zone is composed nong sukjai dall, maze,slider in the ice, prehistoric animals and ice bar
